it was invented by 2 canadians, yeah. but the canadian verson didnt come out until 7 or 8 years ago, strange huh. it was about time. I wish there was an all music one though. Not the pop-culture one that they already have, but a 100% music trivia one. and yes, benedict arnold. Spanning an area of about 600,000 square miles, it's the world's largest gulf... |

I thought I remembered first seeing "Trivial Pursuit" in a department store in Toronto in 1983. I don't think it was specifically a Canadian edition, though. |

I see I'm going to have to check back more frequently, as sixpense / Theresa is on the case. I hope this doesn't mean the great love fizzled, Theresa. It is nice to have you back with us, though. |

Who was Lavoisier? Although didn't the Brit, Priestley, get there first? |

I have to correct my earlier post. Even Gander is just south of the 49th parallel. The largest town east of Winnipeg and north of the 49th is apparently Goose Bay, also about 7500 people. |

Man, you people are good. I guess I shouldn't be surprised on a web site called Brainiac, but I'm still impressed. |

Don't compliment me yet. I almost said Courvoisier -- another great chemical innovator, but not the right one. |
