The great director passed away on April 9. I wish to pay tribute here. My personal favorite of all his films is "12 Angry Men" (1957), and it was his directorial debut. The majority of the film takes place in one room. Ground breaking film for its time. It remains a quintessential thought piece. Lumet's direction was flawless.
