It is said that there are good sound reasons and reasons that sound good. I try to see all sides of life, and believe in looking at things from the reverse side when possible. I always seem to have a purpose, be it book, film or destination. To strive, to seek, to find is a purpose driven mind. If I had to describe myself briefly I would use the words of Descartes, "Cogito Ergo..." - "I think therefore..." (From there many things are possible). Of course I do have a humorous side too and can laugh at myself, life, and circumstances.

I'll use this space for talking points:
1.) I like Russian Literature (Anton Chekhov, Leo Tolstoy, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Vladimir Nabokov, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn).
2.) I also like existentialist thinkers (Friedrich Nietzsche, Franz Kafka, Søren Kierkegaard, Albert Camus, Jean-Paul Sartre).
3.) I like poetry/play writers (Rumi, Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, John Keats, Billy Collins and more...)
4.) I am a big fan of David Sedaris - He makes me laugh out loud even when I'm reading in public places.
5.) My favorite novel is "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand. I must read "The Fountainhead" one day.
6.) I wouldn't consider myself a Trekkie, but I like all things Star Trek. It's a positive, thoughtful vision of the future.
