History, it's the study of humanity, ideally it is the examination of culture, economics, philosophy, & war combined together with the intent of better understand the present. Anthropology the intellectual pursuit of & study of the deceased. Politics is history light. Is that good? Did I pass? Should I describe all of them? Why isn't sex listed under interests? Honestly, historically, biologically even, if sex wasn't an interest all people had in common none of us would be here.

I really hate filling these things out. These are things were you have to talk about yourself, I suppose you're supposed to come across as self-confident enough to be successful at self-promotion. I really can't do that. it's not that I don't believe in myself, I just don't support narcissism.
I'd prefer to leave these blank, with no photo, that way I can come across as dark & mysterious. I don't think I can pull it off if you actually meet me in person, but I've always sort of wanted that persona, at least for a little while. I tried exploring that image once in college, a first date thing, wore a trench coat, fedora, said as little as possible, it didn't really go over well. I couldn't keep a straight face.

I suppose Hunter Thompson, Noam Chomsky, Jack Kerouac, those are the writers I like that everyone has heard of if not read. There's something liberating about beat writers & Harry Potter. I'll admit that, I like Harry Potter, it's pure childish escapism & I soaked them up, every page, even watched the movies.
But honestly, thanks to my father & my undergrad I mostly read Gary Nash, Howard Zinn, you know, boring history books. Which I am, oddly, proud of, unlike Hemingway & Thompson I'm not afraid to be boring.

Ideally? I'd prefer a third date. First dates are generally stressful, like job interviews, or meeting her family. I know chronologically, physically, it's inescapable, but I'd honestly prefer to date without going on a first date.
