Looking for someone to talk about all things that are NOT reality television. For sure NOT sports related or any thing like that. I love spending time with people who are interested in all manner of historical and modern day puzzles, and love a good discussion. Of course, needless to say, I find an extremely intelligent and independent woman quite attractive.

Asimov, Niven, Philip K. Dick, etc. I have a stack of books at least 25 deep of books I want to read... I don't often get the pleasure of reading something made of paper. It's something I should do more often methinks.

What is a nerf herder?

We meet, at a café. At first we are somewhat reserved, but eventually we realize that we can talk about what interests us. Me about gamma hydra five, and you the life-sized replica of an African Bull Weevil you are carving. Which impresses me, because, man, they are small. You roll your eyes, since everyone is really tired of talking about the spa and resort on gamma hydra five, so we decide to go for a walk down the city street.
At the corner I get a nice snowy mitten in the face. Of course I must answer in kind. A short skirmish which ends with cold hands and no clear victor. Except consequently, really cold faces for both, after a visit to the dentist, and talking like it. Laughing at each other's failed attempt to form words with frozen faces.
Although it's cold, and is late, neither of us even think home. The universe of our personal life has ceased to exist save for each-other. We happen upon a bench. One that isn't wet or snowy, and seems to be there just for us. A dry inviting place to sit. So, we sit and the sky clears to reveal a sky of stars. Somehow, even in a bright city the cold seems to amplify the stars in their brightness.
This is how it goes, the hours, not notice until. The sunrise. It springs open realization, the entire night has melted into the next day almost unnoticed.
When exhaustion or obligation finally brings us home, we imagine like one would of chocolate the next time to hear her voice in your ear.

But... perhaps I expect to much.

can't pick just one. though the oldest game I can remember playing as a child is chess. I'll play most games from Monopoly to Operation... I enjoy FPS and action games, but I love strategy games like Risk or Chess.

Anything from Sting to Alien Ant Farm, from chemical brothers, to dido. If I like it... I like it. Music connects with the soul more IMO then visual art. Perhaps I'm suffering from a bit of creative envy. :)
