Brainy Chef In Heels

I'm a brainy woman who's in touch with her inner geek, but functions in daily life as a well-adjusted, fun-loving social gal. Looking for a like-minded individual. I'm an open-minded, well-traveled, funny girl looking for a guy who isn't intimidated by a woman with a personality -- which isn't code for anything, so please take it at face value. I'm sweet and caring and a great friend, too. I've got many sides to me, which is how I think it should be...do you agree? Anyone out there want to have FUN with the person they're dating?!

F. Scott Fitzgerald, Toni Morrison, Philip Roth, Dorothy Parker, David Rakoff, Mark Kurlansky, Ed Docx, Chuck Klosterman, David Sedaris...all the way back to Shakespeare and Chaucer.

Where are the men who are "the total package" -- are they out there?!?

A setting in which we feel comfortable and are able to have a good conversation. Drinks are good for an ice-breaker. Extra points for something creative and inventive though...

Most music except for heavy metal and most country (very few exceptions). Especially like great R&B, mostly from decades past.
Favorite films include, but certainly not limited to: The Godfather (my preference is for the first one), Sense and Sensibility, Cinema Paradiso, Jaws, Raising Arizona, Fargo, On Golden Pond, Dumb and Dumber (no, I'm not kidding -- I can explain why it's great!)
