My intersts range from reading the NY times science section, literature, searching the internet, to being outdoors hiking in Upstate, rollerblading wherever I can find a path, taking long walks to reflect on my day, hanging out with friends over some drinks or dinner.
Brains and Beauty
I'm looking for what I have not found yet! Generally any person who comes along with engaging conversation, compelling thoughts, passion, awareness of self and others, consideration for the same above, and with some attraction to the eye is who I'm seeking. I'm far from perfect, and seeking someone who makes my body freeze in time and everything else around me when I'm around them. True love does exist, and I hope I can find it with the right person.
One of my favorite writers is Jean Auel who wrote a six part series called Clan of the Cave Bear, which integrates fiction and some evolutionary principles. I also enjoyed reading "Devil in the White City" by Erik Larson which also combines history and fiction, a murder mystery which takes places during the First World Fair in Chicago.
Why?
An ideal first date would be any intereaction that allows for thoughtful or thoughtless conversation, where each of us is in enthralled in each other, whether it's through laughing or talking, and nothing else matters.

All types of music ranging from rock to rap! Some of my favorite artists include Sublime, Greenday, Warrant, Tu Pac, Get Up Kids, Rancind, NOFX, Postal Service, and many more....
My favorite movies are Seven, Mystic River, What About Bob, River Runs Through It, Avatar Series
