Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Boating, Camping, Reading, and Movies are my greatest interests. Along with a passion for environmental technologies, such as solar and wind power, geothermal heating and living off the grid.

A Boat, a Beach, and a Book.

I am a recovered partyer who loves the outdoors, camping, boating, etc. I live a fairly humble life these days, as I used to get pretty wild and needed to make some serious changes. I am easy going, seen a lot of crazy shit so I don't need anymore!! I Don't know if I am into anything serious but would like to make some friends from the area. I love thriller movies and strange foriegn films.

I read just about anything and everything I can get my hands on, My living space is a mixture of library and hippy amusement park. I read philosophy and the sciences, as well as novels. Anything I can read that teaches me more about the world is great! I love the Beat Generation writers, as well as a few of the earlier great sci-fi writers, such as Roger Zelazny. I am also a big fan of the Lovecraftian genre and all those writers who take their ques from Lovecraft`s circle.

Do you think you have a handle on the world?
What do you feel when you walk past the homeless?
Are there really any answers or just more questions?
Do you prefer pie or cake?
Are you a good person, and how do you know?
Do you commit at least one act of civil disobedience a year?
What is the worst joke you know?
What time is love?

I really don't know what ideal is... and as for what I would do? I guess I am polite and attentive. I would want to go somewhere that we would be able to see the water, scenery, or at least some decent art. I have never really dated so I don't know exactly how one conducts themselves. I have always been introduced to people at parties or have met at random places. To me going on a date might be a combination of lunch or dinner, a visit to a cool local spot (like Cow Bay or the Quarry), and possibly a movie or a couple of drinks. If my boat was sea worthy (soon soon!) I would suggest a little tour around the Gulf Islands!

Growing up I was a complete geek. I played Dungeons & Dragons, as well as other role-playing games. I really don't play online games, much. I am interested in rugby and MMA.
My favorite game these days is trying to figure out what life is really all about. Do you have any insight? It seems everytime I figure something out, I become more confused about another. I am turned off by people who are too certain about things! Not one of us really has a clue and that's ok by me!

Music: Coil, Throbbing Grstle, Danzig, Hybrid, Sizzla, Melvins, Ministry, Revolting Cocks, White Zombie, Aphex Twin, Godspeed You Black Emperor, Frank Zappa, Weather Report, Gwar, Tool, Daylo Abortions, Bunch of Fucking Goofs, Smoked Out Brains(My Budz), Bounty Killah, Back Chiney Records, New Order, Psychic TV, Organ Grinder & I also enjoy mixing Dubstep, Downtempo, Triphop, Dancehall, Jungle, Industrial. I recently designed a website about the Cowichan Valley Forest Industry. You can check it out at: http://www.forestry.mosaicprojects.net target="_blank">www.forestry.mosaicprojects.net I was the Developer and Lead Researcher for the project, which took nine months to complete. Prior to that I had never designed a website and had had very little schooling in that department.
