PhD needs stimulating conversation!
I am currently at the end of my PhD - should be graduating this June. I need to expand my circle, as I have found that many of those around me do not share my same interests in intellectual, artistic, and cultural pursuits. *I am currently separated; I'm not looking to date yet, but I do want to find others who have similar interests to what I've listed.
Shakespeare, Emerson, Whitman, Thoreau, Bertrand Russell, Nietzsche, Fitzgerald, Hemingway, Isabel Allende, John Irving, Malachy and Frank McCourt. I haven't had much time for 'fun reading' while working on my PhD; I hope to get back into it as soon as I can.
