Playing the guitar, also just took up the trumpet. Love to read, love to stay active: soccer, biking, hiking, cooking and food, vegetarianism, travelling. Used to practice yoga, really liked that. Damn, I should get back into that. Oh and people. People fascinate me.

Right now I'm finishing my master's thesis on vegetarian-/veganism and university students. I'm loving it, but in my spare time I get as far away from it as I can!
I love to play the guitar. I feel like it's my favourite way of expressing myself without words. I also really enjoy being active, from soccer or snowboarding to just going for a walk to explore the city, or the outdoors when I can get away. I like seeing new places and lately I've been pretty lucky: I just got back from an amazing trip to Europe and Iran!
I'm aiming to get involved in healthcare through health promotion.. research has been interesting but I'd really like to help people more directly. I'm also strongly considering taking my skills overseas for a bit at some point.
More than anything I love getting to know people, seeing what they're all about and hopefully developing a real connection. Somebody I can have a real conversation with.. that goes a long way with me.

Neil Gaiman, Guy Gavriel Kay, Frank Herbert, Timothy Findley, Hafez, Tolkein, Homer, Edgar Allan Poe, Cormac McCarthy. Damn, this isn't easy.

Did you ever visit a place and feel like it actually literally changed your life? Let me tell you about this one I traveled down to New Orleans...

Hmm.. not sure it can be defined.. some things come to mind though: lots of eye contact, laughing, that weird feeling where it's as if you're known the other person for a lot longer than you really have. :)

Games.. hmmm.... backgammon, Settlers of Catan, Scrabble, chess, soccer, football. Classic Nintendo games. And any of those games you play with two people in a car to pass the time on long road trips. You know the ones I mean.
