Well, after my children, my interests include playing piano and singing (when the mood strikes me - may happen in a shopping mall!), walking/hiking in the woods, swimming, seeing oddball/cult films, going to the opera, museums and striking off on day trips. I enjoy making/creating "stuff" though is there little time after my son, work, our cat. I am usually up for a discussion and will take almost any side to keep it going. I enjoy making others laugh or smile and brightening an otherwise dull day - this includes (much to my children's embarassment) the toll booth collector, sales people on the phone, the store cashier as well as my friends and family. A little can go a long way... I am also into ancient and comparative religion, non-fiction novels (oxymoron there), ping pong, board games, chess and more.
Apologies about the photo - a work shot taken several months ago. I generally am not in the habit of having my photo taken...

I've tried a few other dating sites, some paid, some not. If you are here, perhaps you also found that the "selection" just didn't "match" you well enough? Perhaps this will be the right one?

Do you play piano, do you like to sing, do you like to make music? Do you like to be silly, do you like to read plays together? Do you like to discuss topics and insist on always taking the opposing side for the sake of the discussion?
