I may sound super seriously spiritual, but I'm actually not and am usually joking round when I take classes or teach them...
Tai chi, qi gong, yoga (teaching and my own practice), reiki healing, meditation (Theravadan Buddhist/thai forest tradition and other styles), NYC parks/restaurants/museums (not bars, as I don't drink), documentaries. Lots of subway reading/journaling. I volunteer to help out families affected by addiction and spend a lot of my time at my ad agency (day+ job).

I'm really into my spiritual practice, but am a red-blooded steak-eater. A sometimes yoga teacher/reiki healer, full-time drug copywriter. An enigma wrapped in a riddle, maybe? Not really--just somewhat paradoxical.
So finding a grounded, kind, cute, down-to-earth New York guy who's gainfully employed but not a workaholic, with some spiritual tendencies and well-managed (minimal!!) baggage who's a good match for me--well...post and ye shall (maybe) find!
I'm not truly a brainiac, but not into the bar scene and painfully boring singles events, so this seems to be my speed!
