Just a tribute in passing to the late great Canadian Architect. His earliest and perhaps greatest creation - Simon Fraser University campus in Vancouver, BC has been used in footage for futurist movies and TV such as Buck Rogers in the 25th Century. I think that architects will still be looking back at his work in the 30th century!
Some notable elements are the harmony with nature and the stars, angles, lines, circles and reflections. The interior is also brilliant with most of the space underground.
Many right angle staircases and breathtaking views of the surrounding city and northern mountains.
A fitting place to remember Terry Fox.
