K. Right. So about me. I'm 30. I live in SE Portland. Originally from North Carolina, I have a degree in Marine Biology which I used for some years in Alaska, but ended up here in Oregon working in a completely different arena through a confluence of events beyond my control. However, I lucked out because I love my current job/career.
Gee. What else. I'm a drinker, but only on non-school nights (well, almost only). And, that's not to say I take a pull from a flask strapped to my thigh hourly, but that I really enjoy having a few cocktails with my friends. Recently gave up smoking which was once my favorite thing in the whole of creation. Sigh. I love sarcasm, wry humor, intelligent banter and holding hands and all the fun activities hand holding leads to. Ahem. I read incessantly, but couldn’t spell my way out of a wet paper bag if my life depended on it. I get out to concerts whenever I can; jog and hit the gym whenever I can be arsed. Hang out by the river or at the beach as time and the season allows. I love my friends beyond all measure and credit them with putting up with me and enabling me to achieve many of my successes in life.
