How did you come to have the religious beliefs (or, better, non-religious beliefs) that you have now? I think the etiology of smart people's religious beliefs are fascinating!
I think it would be great on a first date to get a bottle of wine, have some idea of some exotic dish neither of you has made before, and try to make it together. While listening to great music and just talking. Then taking a walk after dinner, very enrapt in our conversation.
