I'll go ahead and list some of my other interests...sports (playing and watching!), working out, watching movies (I don't GO see movies too often, and it's not that I don't want to, that's just how it works out for some reason), reading books, doing crossword puzzles, talking about politics on occasion, listening to music (not a huge concert-going person, but it's awesome when I do get to see my favorite bands), hanging out with friends, going out, anything related to comedy (stand-up comedy specials), being silly, being nerdy (it goes with the major...can't help it!)

What I'm looking for: The man I want to spend the rest of my life with (I'm even ok with NOT getting married but rather having a Kurt Russell/Goldie Hawn kinda thing). I'm motivated, intelligent, thoughtful, compassionate, goofy, attractive, athletic, competitive, loving, and EXTREMELY funny (I pride myself on that especially). I feel that if someone shares the same qualities, then it makes a relationship easy and that's how it should be: Life is complicated, but love is easy. I appreciate it when a guy is confident about himself, yet knows he can come to me with any problems he's having and won't feel any less of a man. I need intellectual stimulation, and emotional depth (basically someone who can express their feelings for me and general things in life). I need someone who does not fear change (i.e. getting a new job, moving, trying new things in life) yet holds onto their roots w/o being held down. And dammit, I need someone I can goof off with! I don't even care if fart jokes are made; I've watched Family Guy enough to quote entire episodes and STILL laugh at them. I need someone who is serious when the time calls for it, but has that inner child that can be linked with mine, and despite how time ages our appearance, our souls will never grow old because the love we have for each other keeps us young.

I like to do what I describe as 'active' dating. Like go bowling, miniature golf or play a sport (just casually 'cuz I can get competitive :P) or go for a walk...just something that keeps you moving and engaged, and then afterward have a bite to eat. Or if the guy has something planned that's always a plus
Music: Lots (faves - Blink 182, Everclear, Boys Like Girls, Fall Out Boy, The Hush Sound, The Fray, The Wallflowers, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, TI, Timbaland, Ne-Yo, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley, Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac, Styx, Aerosmith, Rolling Stones, 80s rock music in general)
Movies: Just saw The Hangover, and it was HILARIOUS, so now that's added to my list...Star Wars, Anchorman, Super Troopers, 50 First Dates, The Dark Knight, Love Actually, Star Trek (the new one was awesome, and I've seen and love all the originals...well at least with Kirk and Picard)
