I spend my time geeking out, studying economics for school, playing chess/bughouse, and volunteering for the Libertarian Party.

Seeking geek/nerd girl

ABOUT ME:
I'm a huge geek/nerd. I am literally a genius (perfect SAT score, MENSA member, published novel mathematics theory while in high school, etc.). I'm interested in most of the standard real geek stuff: computer programming/hacking, geek culture (HHGTTG, Monty Python, xkcd, etc.), chess, board games, juggling, unicycling, role playing games, etc.
I try to be a jack of all trades and a master of all. I'm a true renaissance man -- a scanner in the "Refuse to Choose!" sense. My interests are many and varied.
I'm obsessed with learning. Right now my formal education is focused on economics, law, accounting, finance, politics, computer science, and mathematics. In addition I'm fascinated with emerging technologies: artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, neuroscience, genetic engineering, etc.
All my life I've been super-competitive and I have a type A personality... when I join a group or an organization I'll probably be leading it within a short period of time (case in point: I was Vice-Chair of the national Libertarian Party). I am both super-ambitious and very lazy.
I joke about everything. People who find certain topics off limits probably shouldn't hang out with me. My sense of humor is a combination of witty banter, sarcasm, and outlandish goofiness.
Other fun facts: I ran for U. S. Congress in 2004. I'm in a unicycle gang. I passed the bar exam in 3 states.
LOOKING FOR:
I'm basically looking for a best friend to share life with.
My perfect match is a geek/nerd girl. By that I mean someone who knows several programming languages, has read xkcd, can quote Monty Python, and loves to laugh.
She should be very intelligent and passionate about learning new things -- i. e., a fellow scanner. Ideally she would fashion herself a mad-scientist addicted to emerging technologies.
I'm attracted to opinionated, independent, non-conformist women.
Interests and personality are much more important than looks, but I should say a bit about appearance. I'm into white women of average build. Glasses and colored hair (red, blue, green, purple) are turn-ons. Tattoos and body piercings are turn-offs. Makeup is dumb.
Obviously there aren't many women out there who fit that description. The few I've met have either been taken or disinterested in me, which means my life has been almost completely devoid of dating experience.
