coffee, something that would involve talking, anything that didn't involve going to the movies. although i like movies, it is a horrible setting for a first date and leaves you with the question, "do we hold hands?" if you do, the hands are sweaty and by the end of the date you know nothing about the other person. hanging out, doing something casual would be just fine.
