I enjoy being creative as well as absorbing information in the real world around us...so i like to write and read, watch films and make camcorder dvds,look at art in all it's forms (paintings, sculpture, drawings, prints, carvings etc) and make art...If i sit on the beach, i try to empty my thoughts (noh thought) and just absorb the sound of the sea and seagulls without the angst of my mind argueing with itself about trivial matters...

enjoying the company of a fascinating and lovely sensual, intellectually alive woman...walking by the seaside...coffee at my local bookstore /coffee house...sitting in a large local park( Beacon Hill Park) and talking about life in general...Driving to a nearby lake/nature trail (Thetis Lake) and taking a walk around the lake whilst looking at the local flora and fauna....
