I find solace in books. My favorite smell in all the world is an antiquarian book store. I try to read in many genres and the above are only a few of my interests. Not on the list are:
Literature -- genres: social commentary, short stories, and critique, African/South/Southeast Asian, Latin American, Caribbean literature.

History -- genres: International studies (security, defense).

Politics: International Relations, Law.
